Terms of this Contract

ATOQ SAN BLAS: Provider of hospitality service.
GUEST: Traveller that acquires the services of Atoq San Blas
CHECK-IN: Process by which the guest is registered when entering the property.
CHECK-OUT: Process by which the hotel registers the end of a guest stay.
NO-SHOW: When the guest does not present him/herself until midnight of the day of his/her check-in date.
BOOKING: Arrangement between the guest and Atoq San Blas to book certain number of rooms during set dates.
SERVICE CHARGE: 10% service charge for the services provided by Atoq San Blas.
IGV: National Sales Tax valid only for Peruvians and residents (18%)

Conditions for your stay at Atoq San Blas

All our rates include Airport-Hotel pick-up service. In order to arrange it please email us at reservas@atoqhoteles.com

Up to 1 (one) child (under 8 years old) is allowed sharing a room with 2 adults without any extra charge. Breakfast for the child is not included in the room price and an additional fee of $10.0 per day will be charged for the breakfast.

Cribs are available for free (subject to availability), please contact us prior to check-in if you requiere a crib, email us atreservas@atoqhoteles.com

It is forbidden to move the beds within the room.

In case Atoq San Blas is unable to accommodate the guests it commits to offer a suitable solution to the guests, offering accommodation in another hotel of similar or superior category.

Pets are not allowed to enter or stay in the hotel. Only Service Animals are allowed and they must be properly certified, please contact us prior to your check-in to make sure all is ready for your visit.

Under National Law Nro. 29517 it is forbidden to smoke in the entire property, in case a guests is found smoking in the property a penalty of $150.0 per day will be charged.

Our hotel has WIFI in the public areas as well as the rooms.

We do not offer tours but can help guests contact local operators.

Atoq San Blas is not responsible for any objects or money lost, we encourage all guests to use the safety deposit boxes available in every room. All personal belongings left behind after check-out will be kept by Atoq San Blas for 60 days, after which if the guest hasn’t contacted us we will dispose of the items.

Every additional person entering the rooms must register at the Frond Desk.

It is forbidden to possess and consume drugs inside the property.

Exploitation or abuse of children is forbidden and punished by law.

Conditions for your Check-in and Check-out process

All guests are required to show ID at the moment of check-in.

In order to exclude the payment of IGV guests that are not Peruvian nor residents must present a passport and their Tarjeta Andina de Migraciones (TAM) with the entry stamp to the country, not older than 60 days.

Check-in time is 13:00 hours and Check-out time is 11:00 hours

Any early check-in or late check-out requirement is subject to availability and to an extra fee.

All guests must present a Credit Card at check-in in order to guarantee the booking and any additional expenses.

Our Rates

Flexi Rate: Guest can modify or cancel this booking up to 48 hours prior to Check-in (1pm Peruvian time) without any penalisation. If the guest does not show up (no-show) or cancels the booking with in the 48 hours prior to check-in window a penalty of 1 (one) night will be charged.

Non Refundable Rate: Pre-payed rate, no changes, cancellation or returns are allowed. In case of no-show the full amount of the stay will be charged.

In case of pre-payed rates the full amount of the booking will be charged to the credit/debit card provided within 24 hours.

All rates are expressed in US Dollars (USD) and the Invoice will be given in US Dollars (USD).

Booking confirmation will be sent to guests within 24 hours.

If the credit card shows a message of “denied”, “stolen” or “insufficient balance” the hotel will proceed to cancel the booking.

The hotel can cancel or modify any booking if it considers that the guest has acted in a fraudulent way.

In case a guest makes a mistake and books twice the Hotel is not responsible and will impose the penalties that apply in the rate.

Rates shown in the first step of the booking process do not include 10% Service Charge nor 18% IGV. In the final step of the booking process the 10% Service Charge is added, IGV in case it applies will be charged at the Front Desk of the Hotel.
