Terms of contract

  • ATOQ SAN BLAS & ATOQ PARACAS RESERVA: Providers of hospitality service.
  • GUEST: Traveler that acquires the services of Atoq San Blas or Atoq Paracas Reserva (over 18 years of age).
  • CHECK-IN: Process of registry of each guest at the entrance of the hotel.
  • CHECK-OUT: Process by which a guest settles its bill with the hotel and is able to leave the room.
  • NO-SHOW: Refers to a guest not presenting it self at the hotel before 23:59 hrs of the day of check-in.
  • BOOKING: Agreement between Atoq San Blas (or Atoq Paracas Reserva) and the Guest to book a room(s) for certain dates under certain rates.
  • SERVICE CHARGE: A 10% recharge for services provided by the hotel.
  • SALES TAXES (IGV): National taxes corresponding to 18% of the rate, valid for Peruvian guests and residents in Perú. Guests from abroad that have been in Peru for more that 60 days must pay IGV.

Conditions for the stay in our hotels (Atoq San Blas & Atoq Paracas Reserva)

For stays in Cusco, we have transportation from the airport to the hotel, previews coordination with the staff of the hotel. The trip has a cost of $10.0 and must be coordinated previously with our team.

For stays in Paracas, we offer transportation from the Bus Station (Cruz del Sur) to the hotel, this has an additional cost of s/.10.0 and must be coordinated privously with our team.

In Atoq Hotels guests can enjoy buffet breakfast included in their bookings (unless bookings that are “room only”). Our opening hours are, Cusco: 6am until 10am and Paracas 7am until 10am.

In Cusco, (1) on child (under the age of 6) is allowed sharing the room with their parents  with out extra charge.
In Paracas, children under the age of 15 are not allowed in the property.

Requests of early check-in and/or late check-out are available based on availability and has an extra cost . To request this, guests must contact our hotels directly.

All bookings that are not pre paid must be paid at  the check-in, or a preautorization that covers the entire stay and extra expenses must be generated.

For pre paid bookings the entire cost of the booking must be paid through a payment link sent by our team. In case the guest receives this link and does not make the payment within 72hrs the booking might be cancelled automatically.

 

Check-in and ehck-out conditions

It is compulsory to present a valid ID document, this document must be the one used to enter the country (for foreigners).

For the exoneration of IGV guests must present a valid ID and their TAM (migration card) with an entry to the country of less than 60 days.

  • Check-in starts at 13:00 hours & check-out is until 11:00 hours.

Atoq Paracas Reserva

  • Check-in starts at 15:00 hours & check out is until noon.

Our rates

  • Flexible rates: The booking can be modified and/or cancelled until 48hrs before the check-in dates without penalty. If the guest does not present itself at the hotel or cancels the booking within 48hrs of check in the penalty of 1 night will be charged.
  • Non refundable (pre paid) rate: Prepaid booking, no changes, cancellation, transfers to another guest or reinburstment is possible. The penalty for a no-show is the entirety of the booking.

 

For prepaid bookings the full amount of the booking will be charged to the credit card registered in the booking or a payment link will be sent for guests to pay directly. If the guest does not pay with in 72hrs the hotel might cancel the booking.

All rates are shown in US dollars and will be charged in USD.

The booking confirmation will be sent to the guest within 24hrs of making (and paying in case of a prepaid rate) the booking. reserva.

For flexible rate bookings our hotels have the right to test the validity of the credit card by making a pre authorization.

Our website does not take debit cards, if a guest enters a debit card the booking might be cancelled automathically.

In case a credit card shows the following messages: “denied”, “stollen”, “unsufficient fonds”, “expired date”, the guest will be contacted to give a new credit card or the booking will be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in cases where it is deemed that the customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity.

In case of error and/or duplication in the reservation made by the client, Atoq San Blas or Atoq Paracas Reserva does not assume responsibility for this and will apply the penalty according to the reservation policy.

The rates shown in the first step of the purchase process are net, excluding VAT and service charges. In the final step of the purchase process, only the service charge is added, but the VAT, if applicable, will always be paid at the hotel reception.
